Shipping Policy
Warranty:
All products and equipment are guaranteed to work properly
when used as directed. Because seller cannot control others'
handling, use or effect of use, seller makes no further warranty,
express or implied.
Liabilities:
Seller shall not be responsible for delivery failures due to fire,
flood, acts of God, act of government body, strike or any other
circumstances beyond it's control.
Returns:
Approval must be obtained before merchandise can be
returned for credit or replacement. Upon approval,
merchandise can be returned for replacement with freight
charges paid by shipper. Upon receipt of the returned goods,
credit will be placed on the purchasers account, less a 15%
re-stocking fee. All merchandise being returned must be freight
prepaid by purchaser, and must be in the same condition as
when it was originally shipped. No returns will be accepted
after 90 days from the purchase date.
